Shipping 

RENOMODA.COM dispatches worldwide only with selected express couriers. Currently, RENOMODA.COM mainly uses UPS ,FedEX and DHL couriers that are unquestionably chosen by RENOMODA.COM according to the destination. Orders to Russia may be dispatched with EMS courier in the case the delivery address is in remote areas, that are not served by other couriers. 

All shipments are traceable, wherever possible. At the time of shipping the Client receives the name of the courier, and the tracking number, to follow the progression of the shipment. Orders may be dispatched with no traceable systems, and with a different courier from UPS,FedEX and DHL, on rare occasions. 

As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which states the value of each item in Euro or USD. Discounted items reflect discounted prices. It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts. 

As per tax regulations, it is not allowed to ship to a different address from the billing one. 

If the box looks tampered, the Client can either sign for the package with reservations, or refuse the package. If any of these conditions are met, the Client must promptly open a claim with the local Courier Office and inform RENOMODA.COM customer care. 

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT 

To make a purchase on Renomoda.com it is required a minimum order amount of 50 euros. 

FREE SHIPPING 

Shipping is free for the USA, EU Countries (except Cyprus, Malta, and some European destinations for which it is required a contribution for shipments whose amount is lower than € 500,00), and Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and Vatican City). 

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) AND DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) SHIPPING 

Shipments may be DDP or DDU according to the destination country. 
DDU Shipping: The extra EU countries are not subject to VAT, but are subject to any eventual local tax and import/clearance duties. 

May the order not be delivered due to a lack of Client details (wrong or absent telephone number, wrong or absent address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the RENOMODA.COM commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import/clearance fees in which RENOMODA.COM may incur for the return of good/s to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Free shipping worldwide for orders higher than € 500,00*. 

* For orders whose amount is higher than € 500,00 that do not contain shoes, or that contain no more than 2 pairs of shoes, the shipping is always free. 
* For orders whose amount is higher than € 500,00 that contain more than two pairs of shoes, it is required an additional cost of € 25,00 for each pair of shoes, starting from the third pair of shoes purchased. 

All shipments are insured against damage and loss. This insurance is free for all Clients, and for any destination. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance. 

DELAYS 

All payments must be verified by the issuer. This verification may cause delays in the dispatching of orders. 

As soon as the payment is approved (with reference to credit card and Paypal payments), or the amount is credited to the RENOMODA.COM’s current account (with reference to bank transfer payments), and all items are available and reserved, the order is dispatched as quickly as possible. 

Orders are dispatched (namely, processed and consigned to the courier to dispatch) in chronological order, according to the receipt timing. “Fast shipping orders” have always priority over “Standard shipping orders”. In weekdays (from Monday to Friday), orders are dispatched within 72 hours from the moment they are placed. 

We remind to all our Clients that during particular periods of the year, on Italian public holidays on which couriers do not deliver, and on very busy days, that we list here below, handling time (order processing and preparation) may delay up to 6/7 days:
